MISSION STATEMENT

In 1999, artist and gallery director R.L. Johnson formulated his experiences, insights and philosophies on art and culture into a simple inspirational document, the "Animatic Manifesto".

The Animatic Manifesto encourages artists to energize their artforms, by returning to the primal and tribal roots of creativity, and to work together to bring forth new and powerful visions for a united and caring 21st century global community.

The Animatic Manifesto and its encouragement to create artworks for individual and community healing has provided the inspiration behind the development of the Millenium Art Gallery. Our hope is to act as a vehicule for manifestation of the creative and humanitarian philosophy it expresses.

 
Our Mission is:

To build a global network of creative people.

To support and creatively nourish Millennium artists and provide them with dynamic on-line exhibition, active internet promotions and revenue from sales of original artworks and reproductions.

To provide non-artist members with interesting, relevent and inspiring information and ways to get involved with the gallery on a creative level.

To present Millennium Art Gallery patrons with a cutting edge virtual gallery for viewing and purchasing contemporary art from around the world.

To encourage all gallery visitors to become members and help us to shape a new creative vision for the 21^st century.
