I was born in 1956. From 1978 to 1985 I studied fine arts in Germany. Since 1985 I have lived in Berlin but I spent time each year in Vancouver, which I consider also to be my home. This cross-world and multicultural process in my life has contributed greatly to my creative process.
The intention of my work is to show the co-existence of different signals from images, which combine and interfere with each other and create a new field of imagination, memories of objects or landscapes and sentiments.
My plan is the stimulation of the viewer's senses. The truth is always in the foreground or within the objects dimensional form.
