The Millennium Art Gallery - Site Use Agreement

Dear Gallery Patron,

The terms and conditions below govern use of the MillenniumArtGallery.com Internet site, hereafter referred to as the MAG. The MAG is a multi-sectioned and sited entity with public areas, member's only areas, links to other sites and various licensed affiliate sites. This agreement applies to all uses, accesses, and all sections of the MAG site.

Your use of the MAG site acknowledges your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Ownership of Copyright

The MAG owns, controls, licenses or has been granted the right to use all material on the site, including and without limitation, text, images, articles, photographs, illustrations, audio and video clips, etc. All applicable laws regarding copyright apply. If you wish to use any MAG site content, for any reason, you must ask for and receive permission in writing. E-mail requests will be acceptable.

Use the MAG site at Your Own Risk

To use the site you must indemnify, defend and hold harmless the MAG, all its officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, content providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees etc, from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, and claims incurred by or connected with any claim arising out of, based upon or resulting from your use of the MAG site.

The MAG does not represent or endorse the reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed or distributed through the MAG site.

You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information shall be at your sole risk.

General Rights to Materials Provided by Users

We welcome your comments, webzine submissions, forum postings, articles, pictures etc; which you may send or submit to the site for posting. You agree that all such material and information is provided to the Millennium Art Gallery by you with complete worldwide rights to display in any way the gallery deems fit, provided we give attribution to the author. The materials may be included in our database and be used, displayed and published online through all subsidiaries and affiliates in which we have rights and interest, including but not limited to, the compilation copyright. You agree and understand that the Millennium Art Gallery is under no obligations to use any materials or ideas submitted by you in any communications in any way whatsoever.

You agree that your submissions are not confidential, and that no fiduciary, contractually implied or other relationship is created between you and the Millennium Art Gallery, unless mutually agreed upon in writing. The MAG shall not be responsible for the payment of any monies to any party in connection with submissions except where a signed agreement to the contrary exists.

Please Note: Texts and artwork images submitted by artists for Portfolio-Gallery exhibition and sale on the Millennium site are covered under the terms and conditions of a separate Artist Representation Agreement viewable in the Exhibition Request Application pages of the Members Section.

Site Content and Changes to this Agreement

The MAG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms and conditions of use, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this agreement will be effective when posted. The user is responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically to be aware of any changes. Your continued use of the MAG site after any changes to these terms and conditions of use are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
