Buy Original FAQThe Millennium Art Gallery does not keep an inventory of the original artworks we offer for sale on our Internet site. When a client indicates they are interested in purchasing an original work of art we then research the availability, shipping and insurance costs. This can sometimes take a few weeks to complete, depending on how quickly we can contact the artist to confirm that the work in question is still available. A processing fee of $45 is required to initiate a buy-order availability search, to research the insurance and shipping quotes to your destination, and to place a 45-day hold on the original artwork you have ordered. This fee will be refunded in full if the original is no longer available or deducted from the purchase price upon confirmation of order. The $45 buy-order availability and research fee is non-refundable if you change your mind about making the purchase. Once we have the researched information available we will prepare a total Purchase Invoice for your approval. This is sent via email. Upon your acceptance we will require full payment of the Purchase Invoice, prior to shipping the artwork. The Purchase Invoice can be paid by CC online, certified cheque or bank draft. A gallery representative will provide you with particulars of our payment options, along with the Purchase Invoice. Index1. Does the Customer Satisfaction Policy apply to Originals?2.
