1. In General

Enjoy online shopping at the Millennium site knowing that we offer a full fourteen (14) day refund, from the date of delivery, through our " Client Satisfaction Policy".

Your online transactions are safe and secure. All transactions on the site are made through a state of the art secure server, which encrypts your financial information prior to transfer, ensuring that it will remain private and confidential.

Our Privacy Policy ensures that all client information is private, confidential and will not be sold, rented or transferred to any third party.

2. Our "Client Satisfaction Policy"

If after receiving your purchased artwork item(s) you are not satisfied, for any reason, you may return the item for a full purchase price refund. To qualify for this refund you must notify us and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). Please do not return items until you have received this number from us. Returns without RAN #'s will not be accepted.

3. How does the "Shopping Cart System" work?

You can view artworks on the site, either by clicking on the Artist Portfolio's button and then clicking on the artists name or by clicking on a Featured Artists head-shot in the Art Opening area. When you click on these buttons you are transported to the art viewing section of the gallery, which has a specially designed Shopping Cart system.

a. Adding an Item to Your Shopping Cart.

When visiting an artist's gallery, if you click on one of the thumbnail images, it will cause a blow-up of that image to appear. Included with this blow-up image are Online Ordering buttons for the original artwork, or various sizes and types of reproductions of the original artwork.

When you click on any Online Order button the item you have selected will be placed in your shopping cart. You can move about the art viewing section as you like, from artist's portfolio to artist's portfolio, and place as many items in your shopping cart as you like.

b. View or Modify What is in Your Shopping Cart.

When in the Shopping Cart area of the site you can view or modify what is in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the View/Modify button along the bottom of your screen.

c. Checking Out and Paying for your Purchases Online.

When you have finished viewing and wish to end your shopping and pay for the items you have selected, click on the Check Out button on the bottom of your screen.

You will be lead through a series of secure ordering procedures and will be asked to fill in personal, shipping and payment option information. When completed you will press the Submit Secure Order button and your order will be transmitted to Millennium Art Gallery for fulfillment.

4. If I Put Items in My Shopping Cart Do I have to Buy Them?

Absolutely not! Right up until the point when you are asked to review the order information you have given us and if it is correct to click on the final Submit Secure Order button, you can abort the order.

If you don't press the Submit Secure Order button then no order information is transmitted to us. If you decide to abandon your Shopping Cart you can either use the back button on your browser to return to previous pages or click on the Art Opening or the Home button to leave the Secure Ordering area.

Experiment with the Shopping Cart System.

We recommend that you try out the Shopping Cart ordering system even if you do not intend to order anything. Just to see how it works. Remember, up until you click on the Submit Secure Order button you have not actually made an order. You are free to abandon your shopping cart at any time.

Also, any orders you do send us are held for 3 days before we begin processing them. If you change your mind just send us a cancellation notice detailing your order invoice #. This number is contained in an e-mail letter that is automatically sent to you as your order is submitted.

5. What Payment Methods do you accept?

Payment by Credit Card

We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa for online payments. We can also accept your credit card information over the phone at 1-778-895-3419 if you prefer to do it that way. Also, arrangements can be made for bank draft and certified check payments by regular post.

Payment by Bank Draft and Certified Check

If you would prefer to pay for your purchases by mail then you would make note of it in the Special Instructions area of your Shopping Cart order form and we would wait for your payment check to arrive before processing your order. Sorry, we cannot accept uncertified personal checks for your orders.

6. How do I know you have received my order?

When you submit your secure order to the Millennium Art Gallery, for your records, a carbon copy of your order information and an Invoice Tracking Number is sent to the e-mail address you have provided us with in the Order Form. You will be able to check that your information is correct. If there are any mistakes in the information you have provided, you could contact us by phone or e-mail, quoting the Invoice Tracking Number.

7. Do prices include shipping and handling?

The prices of the artworks do not include shipping or handling. However these costs are shown to you before you make your final purchase decision.

a. On Reproductions

For reproduction orders, the shipping and handling charges are automatically added to the artwork costs and a final Total Amount Payable is calculated for you to see prior to clicking on the final Submit Secure Order button.

b. On Originals

On orders of Original artworks the final cost to you, including artwork delivery insurance and shipping costs, need to be researched before we can give you a Total Amount Payable.

On original artworks orders, because of the need to research availability of the artwork, shipping and transportation insurance costs to your address, we ask that you pay a $45 processing fee. This processing fee is fully refundable if the artwork in question is no longer available or will be applied as a deposit payment when the Total Amount Payable of your purchase is presented to you.

If you decide not to proceed with the purchase after we present you with the Total Amount Payable then the $45 processing fee is not refundable.

The Total Amount Payable will be relayed to you by e-mail within the 45-day research period. You will be given instructions at that time on options for completing the transaction should you chose to finalize the order.

8. Do I have to pay sales tax?

If your order is shipped to anywhere in Canada you must pay 7% GST. If your order is shipped to a British Columbia address you must pay an additional 7% provincial sales tax.

9. How do I know how much to pay in my country's currency?

All credit card orders are processed in Canadian dollars, regardless of which country the card was issued in. The credit card company does the currency conversion calculations for you. Your monthly credit card billing would be in your local currency as usual.

10. How soon will my artwork be shipped?

On reproductions we ship as soon as possible, but within 7 days after the order is received. On original artworks orders we ship as soon as possible, but within 45 days after your order is received.

Credit cards are not charged until we actually ship the artworks.

11. What about International Orders?

We ship anywhere in the world, however, international orders are subject to international duties and taxes. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes when the goods enter the country of destination. The buyer is also responsible for handling any customs clearance requirements.

12. Can I cancel my order after submitting?

Yes. You can cancel any order at any time up to 14 days after you have received the items ordered. This is covered under our Client Satisfaction Policy.

You would be responsible for shipping and insurance charges only.

13. Can I return artworks that I do not like?

Yes. You can return artworks you do not like up to 14 days after you have received the items. This is covered under our Client Satisfaction Policy.

14. How do I return artworks I do not want?

If you find it necessary to return an item, e-mail us at ClientServices@Millenniumartgallery.com to outline your concern and to arrange for a Return Authorization Number.

Once we receive the returned item, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment. Please read the following for all of the details.

a. General Merchandise

General merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. However, all returns must be authorized by our Client Services department prior to shipping.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number in order for the item(s) to be accepted.

If we shipped the wrong item or if it was damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it with another one at no additional cost to you.

If an item is being returned, it is at the expense of the buyer (unless we shipped the wrong item or it was damaged in transit), and must be return shipped to us with delivery insurance for the full value of the item. The item must be sent back well-packed in its original shipping container, with a letter detailing the Return Authorization Number you have received from our Client Services department.

Please ensure that all these conditions are met or the item cannot be accepted for full credit.

b. Original Art and Other Unique Pieces

Original art and other unique pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will accept returns for any reason however they must be authorized by our Client Services department prior to return shipping.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) in order for the item(s) to be accepted.

The item must be sent back well-packed in its original shipping container, with a letter detailing the RAN number you have received from our Client Services department.

If we shipped the wrong item or if it was damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it with another one.

If an item is being returned, it is at the expense of the buyer (unless we shipped the wrong item or it was damaged in transit), and must be return shipped to us insured for the full value of the item. c. Auction and Maker an Offer items

All auction items are sold "AS IS"; "as available" and are a final sale. As such, the above return procedures do not apply to auction items. However, if we have shipped the wrong item, we will be happy to rectify the situation.
