Millennium Fine Art Prints - Wholesale Department

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Millennium Fine Art Prints are created in our own print making facility and made from the highest quality fine art inks and papers.

The print sizes offered, 8" by 11" up to 17" by 22", are the actual paper sizes. The image size will vary depending on the size and shape of the original work. When printing, we size the image to fit on the paper size you have ordered.

We are user friendly! If you have questions, email us at WholesalePrints@MillenniumArtGallery.com and one of our client representatives will be happy to answer your questions and handle your order for you.

What type of paper do you print on?
The print you receive will be printed on Somerset Velvet - 250gr - acid free - 100% rag paper. This is a museum quality, archival paper.

What type of ink do you use?
The prints are made using Lysonic "E" inks, which are formulated from extremely light-fast dyes. All printed materials will fade over time, but Lysonic "E" archival inks are rated to not noticeably fade for 25 - 120 years, depending on the light levels the print is exposed to.

How are the prints made?
The prints are made using a Giclee printmaking process. The originals or high quality transparencies of the originals are first scanned into a computer and a digital file prepared. Then the digitized image is printed, to the size ordered, on a large format inkjet printer.

Top

How long will the prints last?
The life of the print, before noticeable fading occurs, will depend on the environmental and lighting conditions the print is subjected to. The paper and inks are rated archival and this means that under ideal conditions, where the print is not continuously exposed to direct light or environmental contaminants, they will last up to 120 years before noticeably fading.

How are the prints shipped?
The prints are shipped flat and by air. You can expect your print order to arrive within 14 days from the date you place your order.

What if I don't like the prints when they arrive?
On wholesale orders, because of the expense involved in production, the Millennium Art Gallery's 14-day unconditional guarantee on retail print orders does not apply. In its place we offer a limited satisfaction guarantee. If your order is damaged during shipping, or there has been a mistake in the images you have ordered, then we will replace the damaged or misprinted items.  If you are unsure about the quality of work that you will receive we recommend that you make an initial small order, to confirm that they will be produced to your satisfaction, and then make your larger order.

How do I place an order?
